Which plan fits your event
Pick by two things: how many photos you expect, and how long you want the gallery open. Free suits a small gathering or a trial run — up to 50 photos, live for a day. Pro fits most weddings and parties — up to 400 photos, 30 days live, full-resolution downloads. Premium is for large or multi-day events that want unlimited photos, the longest retention, and moderation.
What “pay once” means
You pay a single price for the album and that is the whole transaction. No monthly fee, no card kept on file, no auto-renewal to remember to cancel. Most photo-sharing tools bill you every month whether you have an event coming up or not — WeaveClick charges per event because that is how often you actually need it.

Pricing FAQ
Is it really a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay once per album. There is no recurring charge and no card kept on file.
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. The free plan needs no payment method. It covers up to 50 photos in good quality with the gallery live for one day from the event date and uploads kept for 14 days — enough to try the full flow before an event.
Do you charge per guest?
No. Every plan supports unlimited guests. Plans differ by how many photos the album holds and how long it stays live, not by the number of people uploading.
Can I test it before the event?
Yes. Create a free event, scan your own QR code, and run through an upload from your phone. If you then buy a plan, your test uploads and settings carry over — you do not start again.
What happens after the album expires?
Your gallery becomes read-only after the active period. Download the archive any time before or after — you can also extend an album.
Can I upgrade after the event?
Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard at any time. Your uploads remain and new limits apply right away, including full-resolution storage and download-all on Pro and Premium.
How do payments and invoices work?
Payment is handled by Stripe at checkout. Prices are shown in euros. Your receipt is emailed automatically and is available from your dashboard if you need it for expenses.
