One tool, every kind of event

A wedding, a company offsite, and a tenth birthday do not have much in common — except that everyone in the room is holding a camera. WeaveClick works the same way for all of them: one QR code, guests upload from the browser, you get a single gallery and an optional live slideshow. The occasion pages below only change the wording and the starting template, not how any of it works, so there is nothing new to learn if you run a different kind of event next time.

Not sure which template to pick?

Choose by scale, not by label. What matters is how many guests will upload and how long you want the gallery open afterwards — that decides your plan. The event type just sets sensible defaults for cover art and copy, and you can rename the event or change its styling at any point, before or after the day.

How event photo sharing works

Create the event and get your link and QR code. Add a cover image and choose whether guests can post videos and notes as well as photos. Share the code — printed on table cards, in the invite, in a group chat. On the day, guests scan and upload in seconds with no app. Afterwards, download the whole gallery in one archive. The full walk-through is here.

Frequently asked about event galleries

Do guests need an app to add photos to an event gallery?

No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link and upload from their phone browser. There is no app to install and no account to create, whatever the occasion.

How many photos can each guest upload?

There is no per-guest limit. Every plan allows unlimited guests; the plan sets a total photo count for the album — 50 on Free, 400 on Pro, and unlimited on Premium.

How long does the gallery stay online after the event?

It depends on the plan: the gallery is live for 1 day from the event date on Free, 30 days on Pro, and 90 days on Premium, with uploads retained longer so you have time to download the full archive.

Planning several events?
