WeaveClick helps hosts collect every guest photo

WeaveClick is a private QR and link-based gallery for events. Guests upload from their phones without installing an app. Hosts get one organized album, optional live slideshow, and downloads when they need them.

Why we built WeaveClick

At almost every event, the guests take more photos than the hired photographer ever will — candid ones, from angles the host never sees. Those pictures usually stay trapped on a hundred different phones. The host asks people to “send them over,” a handful trickle in over the next month, and the rest are gone. The tools meant to solve this either ask guests to download an app in the middle of a party, or dump everything into a shared drive nobody opens twice. We built WeaveClick to close that gap with the smallest possible ask: scan a code, add your photos, done.

How it’s different from a shared album or drive

A shared iCloud or Google Photos album still expects every guest to have the right account and to accept an invite. A Dropbox or Drive folder means handing strangers a link to your storage and hoping the folder structure survives. WeaveClick is built for the opposite situation: guests who will give you thirty seconds and nothing more. There is no login and no app — the upload page opens in whatever browser their phone already has. You get one gallery you fully control, an optional slideshow you can put on a screen at the venue, and a single download of everything when the event is over.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your data, we don’t show ads in your gallery, and we don’t pretend your album lives online forever. Each plan has a clear active period and a retention window, both listed on the pricing page. Before that window closes you can download the full archive or extend the album — the photos are yours either way. We also don’t lock you into a subscription: you pay once per event and that’s the end of it.

Who’s behind it

WeaveClick is built and run by a small independent team in Europe. We handle support ourselves — when you email support@weaveclick.com a person on the team reads it, usually within a business day. If something breaks during your event, say so in the subject line and we’ll treat it as urgent.
