Terms of Service

The service

WeaveClick provides tools for event hosts to create private digital galleries, share access by QR code or link, collect photos and videos from guests, display uploads in a gallery or live slideshow, and download content according to plan features.

Guests can usually participate without creating an account or installing an app. Host features, billing, and account management require a host account.

Host accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create a host account. You may not share account access in a way that violates these Terms or compromises event privacy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use WeaveClick to:

• Upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the platform
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an event or organization
• Collect personal information from guests without a lawful basis and appropriate notice
• Circumvent plan limits, security controls, moderation settings, or access restrictions

User content and ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to WeaveClick, subject to any rights of guests and other contributors.

You grant WeaveClick a limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and process your content solely to provide and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload and for inviting guests to contribute. WeaveClick is not responsible for guest-uploaded content, but we may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Guest access

Event hosts control who receives gallery links or QR codes. Guests participate at the direction of the host and should only upload content they have the right to share.

WeaveClick does not guarantee that every guest upload will be appropriate. Hosts are responsible for event settings, moderation, and how gallery access is distributed.

Plans, payments, and billing

WeaveClick offers Free, Pro (€39), and Premium (€99) plans as one-time payments per event unless otherwise stated at checkout. Plan limits — including upload counts, active periods, storage duration, download features, and moderation tools — are described on our pricing pages and in the dashboard.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the amount shown.

Unless required by applicable consumer law, fees are non-refundable once a paid plan has been activated for an event. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly at the email below.

Upgrades, downgrades, and expiration

Hosts may upgrade or downgrade plans from the dashboard where available. When a plan expires or limits are reached, new guest uploads may be disabled and some features may become read-only until the plan is extended or upgraded.

You are responsible for downloading content you want to keep before storage or active periods end.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using WeaveClick, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

WeaveClick relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, email, analytics, and monitoring. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' own terms and privacy policies.

Service availability

We aim to keep WeaveClick available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, network issues, or third-party failures may affect the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates risk for other users.

Disclaimers

WeaveClick is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that guest uploads will be complete, accurate, or free from objectionable material. WeaveClick is a collection and sharing tool, not a professional photography, backup, or legal compliance service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeaveClick and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the affected event plan in the twelve months before the claim or €100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WeaveClick harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your events, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using WeaveClick at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access would create security or legal risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses granted to operate the service, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity — will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of WeaveClick after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where WeaveClick operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
