The guest experience, step by step
A guest scans the QR code or opens your link. The upload page loads in their phone browser with your event name and cover image — no app store, no download. They tap to select photos and videos from their camera roll, optionally leave a short written message, and upload. Their photos appear in your gallery within seconds, and on the live slideshow if you are running one. Because the entire interaction is a scan and two taps, guests do it in the moment instead of promising to send pictures later.
What hosts get in the dashboard
From one dashboard you see a live upload count, browse every photo and message as it arrives, and control how the upload page looks. You can start or stop the live slideshow, and on Pro and Premium download the entire gallery as a single full-resolution archive. Premium adds moderation, so you can review uploads before they show publicly. If more photos come in than your plan holds, or the event runs long, you can upgrade or extend the album without losing anything already uploaded.
Live slideshow at the venue
Open the slideshow on any device with a browser — a smart TV, a laptop wired to a projector, a tablet propped at the bar — and it plays guest photos as they are uploaded, adding each new one automatically with no refresh. It becomes its own attraction at a reception: people upload a photo, then wait to see it come up on the big screen, which drives even more uploads.
Privacy and data ownership
Your gallery is private to the people you share the link or code with — it is not indexed or listed anywhere public. Each plan has a defined active period and a retention window, both on the pricing page, and you can download or delete the gallery at any point. We do not sell data or place ads in your album.
